This work was conceived at a time when Gina Glover was recovering from a devastating reaction to an anti-malaria drug. These photographs form part of the healing process she went through. The Greenhouses are the delivery rooms of the newborn of the plant world. Here even the most vulnerable of plants can thrive. They provide protection and warmth. But they can also be places of danger because of the market gardeners' use of growth promoters, insecticides and diverse chemical treatment.
